The LITROS GLX consists of a one-piece, continuous X-axis with very solid guide rails for the moving suction slides. The Y-tower with the grinding head and additional devices is directly integrated but can be dismantled if required. The control cabinet is also integrated directly and easily accessible into the housing. The front panel serves as a safety housing and sound insulation, and the control unit is directly integrated. An automatic tool change system is available as an option, which is also built into the front housing. Depending on transport and installation conditions, the LITROS GLX can be delivered completely pre-assembled in one piece or separately in axle systems.

The LiTROS GLX offers various options for data entry (directly on the device, in the office, via an interface, through self-measurement). After the glass panel has been placed on, it is taken over by the suction system and measured again. Depending on the requirements, the disc is hemmed, sanded or polished. A particular highlight is the automatic adjustment of the grinding head in the Z-axis. Practically all glasses with at least one straight edge can be processed for transport on the rollers. As soon as a disc is at the outlet, the suction bar can pick up and suck in the next disc at the inlet, regardless of the shape and the glass thickness.

The LiTROS GLX is suitable for every modern glass processor. The almost unmanned, fully automated and dimensionally accurate processing meets exactly the requirements of glass processing. By focusing on easy operation and maintenance as well as the easy change of shapes and glass thicknesses, the LiTROS GLX is very economical, especially for smaller batch sizes and changing formats.
