LiTROS IG Cleaning Pump
The LiTROSIG Cleaning Pump offers a solid solution for cleaning components that come into contact with sealing material — such as mixing lines, pipes and pipes. The pneumatically controlled pump unit is connected directly to the mixing line of an automatic sealing robot or a 2-component extruder. A special cleaning agent is pumped through the system and ensures thorough cleaning of the mixing zone and reliable removal of material residues. Detergent capacity: 20 l

The pump continuously circulates a special cleaning agent through the mixing zone of the sealing system. Residues of the mixed two-component material are thereby reliably removed.

The contaminated cleaning agent is collected in a separate container, which is emptied as needed and filled with fresh detergent.
