LiTROS Topclear Special
LiTROS Topclear Special is the perfect washing system for commercial and industrial glass processing — when large glass thicknesses are not required. A particular advantage is the extremely easy accessibility for particularly easy maintenance. LiTROS Topclear Special can be configured very individually — particularly for solar production and multi-shift operation.
The machine consists of:
Automated inflow and outflow sections
hot water system with thermostat
Makrolon viewing window for washing monitoring
One water pump per pair of brushes
Fresh water flushing by brush zone
Limit switch with photocell (can be switched off)

Optimum maintenance access:
The doors on the front and back of the LiTROS Topclear Special provide convenient access to the washing and drying zone. Thanks to the integrated privacy screen, the washing process can be closely observed even during operation.
Prewash zone:
For even better washing results, the glass can be passed through an optional prewash zone before the hot wash zone.
Brush configuration:
Die LiTROS Topclear Special is available with two or three pairs of brushes, depending on requirements. Optional softer brushes on the front ensure good washing results even with Low-E coatings while protecting the coating.
Continuously adjustable working speed:
The infinitely adjustable working speed of the Topclear Special allows flexible adjustment to different glass formats and levels of contamination, significantly improving cleaning quality, energy efficiency and process integration.
