LiTROS Topclear Super
LiTROS Topclear Super is for Washing optimized for thicker glasses, particularly in the grinding sector. All glass thicknesses up to 20 mm can be processed without further adjustment. Die LiTROS Topclear Super is available in sizes 1,600 mm, 2,000 mm and 2,500 mm.
The machine consists of:
Front and rear doors, Makrolon privacy screen
One water pump per pair of brushes
fresh water flushing, hot water system
Automatically driven inlet and outlet
Limit switch with photocell (can be switched off)
Sound-absorbing box for ventilator + dry zone

Optimum maintenance access:
The doors on the front and back of LiTROS Topclear Super provide convenient access to the washing and drying zone. Thanks to the integrated privacy screen, the washing process can be closely observed even during operation.
Individually configurable:
The Super series washing machines are optimally adapted to your needs in terms of working direction (left to right or right to left), length of inlets and outlets and transport height. The machine is also available with 2 pairs of brushes and in a special Low-E version.
Continuously adjustable working speed:
The infinitely adjustable working speed of the Topclear Super allows flexible adjustment to different glass formats and levels of contamination, significantly improving cleaning quality, energy efficiency and process integration.
