LiTROS Topclear Eco
LiTROS Topclear Eco is the basic device for commercial glass processors and offers an unbeatable price/performance ratio. All parts that come into contact with water are made of stainless material. The machine is already completely complete and practical as standard. The transport height is optimally tailored to Topdrill processing machines; of course, vertical third-party machines can also be connected using different transport heights.
The machine consists of:
Water pump for each pair of brushes
Fresh water flushing by brush zone
Automated inflow and outflow sections
hot water system with thermostat
Limit switch with photocell (can be switched off)
Sound-absorbing box for ventilator

Switchable light panel for quality control:
The outlet-side transport modules can be optionally supplemented with light panels. These enable quality control of the cleaned glass panes.
Individually configurable:
The washing machines in the Eco series adapt optimally to your needs in terms of working direction (left to right or right to left), length of inlets and outlets as well as in transport height. As standard, the machine is equipped with 1,400 mm inlet and 2,000 mm outlet.
Ideal for standard glass sizes:
With a rear wall height of 1600 mm and a maximum glass thickness of 12 mm (optional 20 mm), the majority of applications can be served. Thanks to the open-top design, higher glass panes can also be transported through the machine.
Continuously adjustable working speed:
The infinitely adjustable working speed of the Topclear Eco allows flexible adjustment to different glass formats and levels of contamination, significantly improving cleaning quality, energy efficiency and process integration.
