Equipped with crushing strips in the X and Y directions, which ensure that the glass panes are broken precisely and efficiently.

Function & procedure

Manual transport
The glass panel, which has already been cut to size, is transported manually into the system.

Positioning and crushing process
The glass panel is positioned manually. When the foot button is pressed, the Y-bar rises and the crushing process is carried out.

Further processing
After the cut has been broken, further cuts can be manually broken open. The broken travers can be transported on manually or transported via the air cushion to a subsequent station.
Maximum processing: 3700 x 2700 mm/6000 x 3300 mm
Glass thickness: 3 - 19 mm
