LiTROS LOAD
The LiTROS Load is a double sided, stationary glass collection station that was specially developed for the removal of raw dimensions. It enables the handling of glass panes up to a maximum size of 3700 x 2700 mm/6000 x 3300 mm and offers efficient glass processing. This glass collection station is available with either 2/4/6 or 8 racks.

Step one
As a first step, the system removes raw glass panes from the “L” glass storage racks (also known as 2 L racks) positioned on the reference side and opposite the reference side. This ensures that the raw glass panes can be safely removed from the storage racks.

Step two
The next step is to load the system. This process is supported by a hydraulic pump, which ensures smooth and controlled movement of the raw glass panes. The hydraulic pump plays a crucial role in precisely positioning and transporting the raw glass panes.

Step three
Finally, vacuum generation is ensured by a vacuum pump. This pump creates the necessary vacuum to securely hold and move the raw glass panes. Vacuum generation is a critical step to ensure that raw glass panes remain stable and undamaged throughout the process. These clearly defined steps ensure a smooth and efficient process that optimizes the handling of raw glass panes.
