LiTROS IG Sealing Table
LiTROS IG Sealing Table is an ergonomic sealing table for manual sealing of insulated glass units. Thanks to the rotor system, the pneumatically height-adjustable vacuum plate and smooth-running rollers, it enables safe, controlled and efficient handling of glass units of various sizes.
Machine consists of:
Sealing table with pneumatic lifting and lowering function
Vacuum plate for secure fixation of the glass unit
Rotor system for ergonomic glass turning
Multi-direction rollers with non-adhesive coating
Foot pedal for operating the lifting movement

Easy movement:

Transport and positioning
The glass unit is placed on the table equipped with multi-directional rollers. The wheels make it easy to move and position without effort.

Fixation via vacuum plate
The vacuum plate holds the glass unit securely in position. As a result, the glass remains stable during sealing and does not slip.

Ergonomic working height
The pneumatically assisted lifting and lowering function is controlled by a foot pedal. In this way, the working height can be glass size optimally adjusted.

Rotate the glass
The integrated rotor system allows the unit to be rotated during sealing without having to remove the glass. This ensures clean and continuous work.
