Information about the processing of your personal data

• Website visit
  If our website is only used for informational purposes (no registration and no transmission of other information), personal data is collected and stored for the duration of use, which is transmitted from your browser to our server. This is technically necessary to display our website to you and to be able to guarantee the stability and security of the website.
• Comments and posts
  If you leave a comment or other contributions to our blog, your IP addresses will be saved. In doing so, we want to ensure traceability if someone writes illegal content in comments and contributions (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case, we ourselves could be prosecuted for the comment or contribution, which is why we are interested in the identity of the author. The IP addresses are deleted after 12 months.
• Newsletters/mailings

For the newsletter, we need your name and email address and your declaration that you agree to receive it. For these purposes, we process your email address as long as you do not withdraw your consent; we will not share it with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link provided in the email. We will then immediately delete you from the recipient list.
• Online purchases
  For the purpose of making your purchase easier and for subsequent contract processing, we store your IP data as well as your name, address and email address as part of cookies. We process the data you provide to fulfill the contract. Payments are processed directly by the third-party provider mPAY24 GmbH, Grüngasse 16, 1050 Vienna.

Data deletion

An honest customer relationship and contractual obligations mainly make it necessary to store data in your interest over a longer period of time in order to be able to provide you with optimal support in case of any complaints (e.g. to be able to offer you the right spare parts for your machine). We delete your data as soon as storage is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing and/or is no longer required by law. If you have sent us a request for an offer in your specific country, it will not be forwarded to another company of LiSEC group outside this country without your consent. If you give us your consent, your data will be processed within LiSEC Group and only for the purpose of preparing an offer and contacting us for any queries also sent to group companies of LISEC Holding GmbH or LISEC Austria GmbH (can be found under the following).
